1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (TOU) govern access to and use of the CreatorShorts service (the "Service"), an AI-assisted video script generation tool.

By using the Service, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs.

2. Description of the Service

CreatorShorts allows users to generate scripts for short videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from a text description (prompt). The Service offers a limited free version and paid options (Premium).

2.1 Available script formats

The Service offers 6 different script formats tailored to different types of content:

Free formats (accessible to all)

  • Standard: Versatile format for any type of content
  • Listicle: Bulleted list format ("Top 5," "3 tips," etc.)
  • Tutorial: Step-by-step instructional format

Premium formats (reserved for registered users)

  • Storytelling: Emotional and captivating narration
  • Product Review: Optimized product test/review format
  • Before/After: Transformation format with visual impact

Note: Unregistered users who attempt to use a Premium format will be automatically redirected to the Standard format. Create a free account to unlock all premium formats.

Available platforms: FREE users have access to TikTok only. Multi-platform access (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) requires a Premium account (RANK1 or RANK2).

3. Access and Account

Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and all activities carried out under your account.

Minimum age: In accordance with Article 45 of the French Data Protection Act, use of the Service and creation of an account are reserved for persons aged 15 and over (digital majority in France). Minors under the age of 15 must obtain the authorization of their parents or legal guardians.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use or misuse of the Service.

3.2 Protection of personal data

The use of CreatorShorts involves the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Service: The interface, code, design, and CreatorShorts brand are our exclusive property.
  • Generated Scripts: You retain the intellectual property and rights to use the scripts generated through the Service. You are free to use, modify, and publish them for personal or commercial purposes.

5. Liability and Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence models (LLMs) to generate content.

  • Accuracy: AI can make mistakes or generate inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scripts before using them.
  • Content: We do not guarantee that the generated content will be unique or viral. You are solely responsible for the content you publish from the generated scripts.
  • Availability: We strive to keep the Service accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, supplier outages).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, hateful, defamatory, or violent content.
  • Attempt to circumvent the Service's security limitations, quotas, or rate limiting measures.
  • Perform brute force attacks, automated scraping, or any other form of API abuse.
  • Use scripts, bots, or automated tools to generate bulk requests.
  • Resell access to the Service without our permission.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
